lengthy process

I received my parts as ordered. The issue is that due to the distance to ship, I could not use my bike for nearly two weeks. This is not a negative review of the product but a warning about loosing the cap off your 4iiii power meter could leave you without a bike for some time. I would have gladly paid for expedited shipping but it was not offered.

No problem with 4iiii Canada

Everything was ok, but I live in Spain and I had to pay border taxes (8€). Why cannot clients in Europe buy here? (Cheaper for 4iiii and for me)
